COVID-19

Like you, 4 Design, LLC is deeply concerned about the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and the well-being of our clients, your staff, loved ones, tenants, and our employees/vendors.

We also recognize the unique challenges we are all facing to keep our businesses running as normal as possible.

4 Design, LLC is fully operational and have put the below actions and process in place so we can still serve you during this challenging time.

Current Scheduled Meetings before 4/11/2020

  • 4 design will be contacting all clients to switch these meetings to a virtual format of client preference.

  • All presentations will be sent prior to the meeting via electronic format or physical color boards for review via FED EX ( As long as FED EX is still delivering at that time).

  • We will continue to coordinate with your architect and GC during this process.

New Meetings needed before 4/11/2020

  • 4 design will be scheduling a virtual meeting upon your request.

RFP Request and New Project Request

  • Send all RFP response request to Lissa Rolenc at lissa.rolenc@4designinteriors.com

  • New Project request for renovations should be handled by sending us a floor plan, photos of existing spaces, and your goal for the renovation.

  • We will be able to provide a proposal off of this information, and will be able to still start design work and do visual and electronic presentations to meet your needs and timeline.

FF&E Quote Request CAPX

  • Get all request in early

Current FF&E Orders/ Install Dates

  • Expect some delays with orders as vendors are still operating, but may see a slowdown or short shut down in production during this time.

  • Parts form China are not coming in and vendors are looking for alternate resources, we will keep you informed if this applies to any of your orders.

  • Fabric from overseas is not coming in to our US ports- we are working are sourcing stocked fabric and items here in the states to keep your orders on track, and will keep you informed on re-selections.

  • Communication is taking longer than normal and we ask for your patience as we work with each vendor to coordinate accordingly. We will still do on site installs with our designers on New Construction Projects.

  • Renovation Installs may be delayed depending on that specific clients circumstances, and their will be no charge for storing items at the warehouse for as long as needed.

FF&E Orders that need to be placed this year for Installs in the Fall / Winter of 2020 for New Construction

  • We are working ahead to get FF&E Schedules out to our Client’s now for approval.

  • We then plan on getting the approved schedules out to our vendors to bid all of these projects -ASAP!

  • Quotes will be sent to the client and we will be asking for sign-off’s and deposits early for these projects due to the back log we are expecting with the manufacturing of the items that will be needed.

  • Our ultimate goal is to get the orders in before our competitors, pay the vendors the deposits fast, and get your orders at the top of the priority list for the year.

Our Employees/ Office

Our office is in the middle of a move which will be complete by the 26th of this month. ( Bad timing- but we have a very well organized crew and this should not take us away from our daily activity). New Address is below- please take note. Both old and new office spaces are being sanitized daily. All samples we receive are also being sanitized before we place on your sample boards or placed in our library. All of the 4 design team is healthy at this time, and we are eager to continue serving your needs. 4 design employees will not be traveling out of state until after 04/11/20.- This date could get extended at a later time. In-state travel will be limited to new construction installs only!

Invoices

If you have a current invoice from 4 design please make an effort to pay them by the due date listed. For any reason you will be delayed paying an invoice just let us know. We understand this is a stressful time for our clients and cash flow may be disrupted. Just keep us informed so we also can plan for our expenses and keep our business going strong.
